About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our Sustainability and Carbon team within the Environment and Health department. As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in achieving their sustainability goals and reducing their environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead BREEAM Infrastructure/CEEQUAL projects, including managing client relationships, project budgets, and team resources.
  • Work closely with our engineering, building, transport, and other teams to support client projects.
  • Engage in wider sustainability projects, including sustainability services, whole life carbon assessments, LCA's, and carbon reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support training and knowledge sharing with junior staff.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sustainability and BREEAM Infrastructure/CEEQUAL. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and a strong understanding of the sustainability and carbon management landscape.

Requirements

  • Three to five years' experience in a similar role.
  • Certified BREEAM Infrastructure/CEEQUAL Assessor.
  • Excellent client and team engagement and relationship building experience.
  • Effective and collaborative project management skills.
  • Experience of writing and reviewing reports, including contributions to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) or Strategic Environmental Assessments.
