Job Title: Assistant Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team at CV Library. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities across multiple sites
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Supervise and train junior staff members as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
