About the Role

As a Care Assistant with Altogether Care, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering individuals to live independently and make their own decisions. You will provide physical and emotional support, assist with daily living tasks and activities, and foster positive relationships with the individuals, their families, and other professionals.
