Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Capital Projects Manager, you will take charge of the project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders and end-users to develop comprehensive business cases. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Formulating project delivery strategies.
  2. Acting as the Client Project Manager on various initiatives.
  3. Overseeing multidisciplinary project teams.
  4. Preparing and managing project budgets, including financial reporting and programming.
  5. Implementing project planning and risk management strategies.
  6. Drafting consultancy briefs and managing the procurement of consultants and service contracts.
  7. Conducting site assessments.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in delivering construction projects from inception to completion across all RIBA stages.
  • Proven track record as a Client Project Manager for large-scale and complex projects.
  • Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts.
  • Expertise in the procurement and appointment of specialists, including design teams and cost planners.
  • Knowledge of the planning application process and development management.
  • Relevant qualifications from RICS, RIBA, CIOB, or APM.
  • A recognized Project Management Qualification within the construction industry.
  • The capability to conduct site visits.
