About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Jenner Court development in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest. Your duties will include delivering housekeeping and domestic support, supporting residents with daily activities, and promoting their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including housekeeping and domestic duties
  • Support residents with daily activities, such as booking appointments and arranging transport
  • Promote residents' health and wellbeing through various activities and initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
About You

We are looking for a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people. You will have a minimum of 1 year of UK Health and Social Care experience and a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification. You will be driven to deliver excellent customer service and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
