We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Hinkley Point C, Somerset. As a key member of our Major Projects team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial functions delivery of a bespoke or part of a package of work on a nuclear licensed site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure works carried out and reconcile to Target Cost.
  • Prepare monthly and final applications for payment.
  • Place and manage sub-contract agreements.
  • Provide guidance and support to operational teams in Contract Compliance, financial impact of decisions, value maximisation/cost saving techniques, and procurement strategy.
  • Accurately monitor, forecast, and report project cost and value.
Requirements
  • Experience on NEC contracts with Target Costs.
  • Experience within the construction or civils industry with a demonstrable track record of achievement.
  • Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen.
  • Experience of developing and implementing procurement and contract strategies.
