About You

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about great customer service and want to help support their local communities. To be eligible, you'll need to be over 18 with at least 6 months driving experience and no more than 6 points on your licence. As a Trainee Bus Driver, you'll attend an induction at a local depot, where you'll receive training on vehicle familiarisation, route learning, ticket machines, customer care, policies, and procedures. If you don't already hold your PCV licence, you'll attend our Arriva Training School for full CPC training.
