Electrical Project Manager Opportunity at Salter Grange

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Salter Grange, a leading General Contractor in the Data Centre industry. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day site operations, including the management of sub-contractor activities, attendance at site meetings, and assistance with the close out of all project items.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage all day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
* Manage sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels.
* Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings.
* Assist with the close out of all project items, including final accounts, O&M manuals, punch lists, safety files, QA files, material and plant relocations, and project plans.
* Ensure that your team contributes to the internal weekly progress report rolled up from project supervisors' reports.
* Record weekly safety stats and project labour projections.
* Ensure that there are weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs issued to the client.

**Requirements**

* A trade background and years of previous experience managing large installation projects and sub-contractors.
* Proven record of supervising and managing large installation projects.
* Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems.
