Are you ready to work with We Are Swim, a leading name in the sports and leisure industry?
We are in search of enthusiastic and motivational individuals to take on the role of Swimming Instructors within our esteemed swimming education team, operating at various locations throughout the UK.
Your main responsibility will be to conduct our high-quality swimming curriculum for children aged 3-11, aiming to inspire a love for swimming through enjoyable and innovative lessons. You will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for both swimmers and their parents, transforming lives by ensuring every child has the chance to learn how to swim.
In this teaching position, you will not only provide engaging and motivating lessons but also utilize technology to monitor swimmers' progress. Collaboration with your colleagues will be essential to deliver a premium experience, which includes engaging with customers, participating in training sessions, and sharing best practices.
This role offers flexible hours during weekday evenings and weekends, under a self-employed contract with guaranteed hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement swimming lessons while adhering to the established curriculum and lesson outlines
- Incorporate reward systems into classes to motivate students
- Ensure the safe use of all equipment and maintain safety standards
- Conduct dynamic risk assessments to ensure safety during sessions
- Assess swimmers' abilities and encourage them to achieve their maximum potential
- Provide clear explanations and demonstrate modern swimming techniques
- Enhance swimmers' skills and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere to motivate and inspire students
- Evaluate lessons and provide constructive feedback
- Regularly assess each swimmer's progress and manage certificate awards through our online system
