Senior Credit Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Controller to join our team at IPS Group. As a Senior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the full credit control function, reporting to the Credit Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the credit insurance policy and ensure its effective utilization.
- Process new account applications, including financial information analysis and credit checks.
- Monitor and manage credit limits for all accounts.
- Liaise with customers via phone and email to ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Handle DD cancellations and returns, and post payments onto the ledger.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000.
- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays.
