Account Executive in Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling leading surgical products across a range of specialties to hospitals and private clinics across the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell a range of medical products, including stents, glues & meshes, to surgeons and procurement teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in secondary care, targeting surgeons and selling via procurement.
  • Work closely with our manufacturing partners to understand product needs and develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Medical sales experience in the surgical field, or clinical candidates with relevant experience.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Comfortable with technical products and able to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £40,000-47,000.
  • An uncapped bonus/OTE of 16k.
  • A £500 monthly car allowance.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, pension, and 26 days' holiday + stats.
