WeRecruit Auto Ltd is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our Accident Repair Site in Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site and employee performance, safety, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive productivity and efficiency in the workshop.
  • Maintain high levels of quality and quality control.
  • Collaborate with the Production Director to identify and address constraints to productivity and maintenance.
  • Ensure high standards of housekeeping and a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a site or bodyshop manager in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
