Job Summary

We are seeking an Apprentice Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our high-functioning in-house team. This permanent full-time role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement recruitment strategies, maintain industry knowledge, and assist in the development of top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends and best recruitment practices.
  • Support the team in identifying and developing top talent through direct sourcing and other recruitment methods.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a strong organisational and planning ability.
  • Develop proficiency in recruitment software and candidate databases.
  • Contribute to a vibrant company culture that promotes work-life balance and professional growth.
Requirements
  • Prior recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing (agency or in-house).
  • International recruitment exposure beyond the UK, such as in the US, Europe, MENA, or APAC regions.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate databases.
  • A keen eye for identifying top talent.
