Engenda Group is actively searching for a Civil Quality Assurance Manager to become part of our team on a significant project in Hampshire.

Position Summary

In this role, you will be involved in the enhancement of a large-scale gas transmission facility in Lockerley. We are looking for a professional who can oversee the quality management processes throughout the entire project lifecycle. This is a long-term contractual role where you will ensure that the project meets deadlines, stays within budget, and adheres to both client expectations and industry standards.

Key Duties

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of the client's quality protocols and specifications.
  • Guarantee that client requirements, legal standards, and the quality plan are communicated to subcontractors and strictly followed.
  • Evaluate and approve a comprehensive quality plan for subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of subcontractor performance.
  • Ensure all necessary quality, material, and related documentation and certifications are collected and organized from subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in civil works within a regulated environment (such as petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, nuclear, or similar sectors).
  • Background in civil works related to electrical installations.
  • Familiarity with dust chambers and draw pits is advantageous but not mandatory.
