POSITION SUMMARY
As a Roadside Technician, you will utilize a fully equipped service vehicle to perform a variety of repairs on-site.
Your vehicle will be outfitted with advanced diagnostic tools to efficiently identify issues across a wide range of cars and light commercial vehicles.
Our service vans are also equipped with towing capabilities to transport vehicles to repair facilities or the customer's preferred location.
The primary goal of a Westbourne Technician is to maximize the number of vehicles repaired at the roadside, reflecting our commitment to superior service.
Roadside assistance covers breakdowns at the customer's home or any location throughout the UK.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of customers is always the technician's top priority.
Technicians are expected to handle diagnostics and repairs for various vehicle makes and models directly at the roadside.
Depending on demand, technicians may also perform basic repairs in our workshops.
In addition to repairs, technicians equipped with suitable vehicles may assist in recovering non-repairable vehicles, typically within a 60-mile radius, while longer-distance recoveries are managed by specialized drivers.
COMPENSATION
The base salary for this position is £31,250 annually, with potential bonuses that could increase earnings by an additional £10,000 per year.
WORK SCHEDULE
This role involves 4 night shifts from 18:00 to 07:00, alternating with four days off.

A Full Category B Driving Licence is essential, held for a minimum of three years. Training for towing trailers will be provided as needed.
