Fraud Review Team Lead

At Trainline, we're building the future of rail, and we're looking for a talented Fraud Review Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Fraud Prevention team, you'll play a critical role in managing the Fraud Review and Chargeback Administration teams, ensuring our customers' financial security and trust in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor the Fraud Review and Chargeback Teams, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent and detect fraud, working closely with the Fraud Analytics Team Lead to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service and Customer Relations, to ensure seamless communication and effective fraud prevention efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze fraud trends, ensuring our teams stay up-to-date on the latest threats and emerging trends.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management, ensuring they're informed on team performance, fraud trends, and high-risk areas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a team in an operational environment, with a track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex fraud-related insights and trends to senior leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with other departments to communicate fraud review initiatives and ensure effective fraud prevention efforts.
  • Good decision-making skills, with the ability to make timely, well-informed decisions while considering input from the team.
