We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Linwood Community Child Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

• Develop and implement engaging and interactive learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective childcare service.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment.

• HNC in Childhood Practice or SVQ level 3 in Early Learning and Childcare or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' qualified experience within a Nursery environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
