About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Dee Set. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores are visually appealing and well-stocked, driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise the Nutmeg clothing range to visual merchandising guidelines, alongside cosmetics, clip strips, and greetings cards.
  • Build and replenish display units to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
  • Work independently and use your initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
  • Confidence in using your own smartphone or tablet for work purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
