In light of their ongoing success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Site Supervisor to join the Southwest division. This role involves overseeing multiple projects, including earthworks, concrete, and drainage tasks for local authorities.

As the Construction Site Supervisor, you will assist the Project Manager by supervising and monitoring project progress, ensuring that all construction activities align with client specifications and requirements.

Your responsibilities will also encompass maintaining client relationships, providing updates on project timelines, and addressing any issues that may arise.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with project specifications
  • Accurately record labor, plant, and materials
  • Contribute to the preparation of project schedules
  • Plan and procure materials and equipment to meet project timelines
  • Maintain daily records of work performed
  • Ensure compliance with site programs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure contract adherence

To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
  • Relevant industry qualifications
  • Proven experience in civil engineering, particularly in heavy civil works
  • Experience managing large-scale Civil Engineering projects
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
