About the Role

The Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading clinical research activities with a focus on clinical pharmacology phase I pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacology expertise, including biowaiver assessments, to support the development of our products.
  • Develop and review clinical study protocols to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to the preparation of key study documents, including the Investigator's Brochure and clinical study reports.
  • Supervise the setup and execution of clinical trials, ensuring that they are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Collaborate with biostatisticians to analyze and interpret clinical trial data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmacokinetics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
  • Strong understanding of clinical drug development and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a life science or related field.
  • Knowledge of bioanalytical science and experience with laboratory testing and data analysis.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and proficiency in a second language, preferably French.
