Work Environment: The position allows for a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working remotely after an initial training period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support solicitors and fee earners in managing case files effectively.
  • Draft and prepare essential legal documents, including claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements for the County Court.
  • Manage multiple deadlines across various cases efficiently.
  • Compile trial bundles and liaise with the Court to ensure all necessary documentation is submitted.
  • Attend Court sessions to assist Barristers and other legal professionals.
  • Conduct advocacy for routine matters in the County Court.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, Barristers, and colleagues, ensuring all paperwork is tracked and processed.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess an LPC qualification and demonstrate a keen interest in the Housing sector. Experience in housing management, leasehold management, or property litigation is advantageous but not mandatory. A proactive attitude and a willingness to engage fully in the role are essential, as this position may serve as a pathway to future training contract opportunities within the firm.
