The Maintenance Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and spa facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance on hotel-associated plant and equipment, keeping our technical library up-to-date, and ensuring air-conditioning systems meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance on all plant at the hotel and spa site.
- Ensure the smooth running of guest facilities.
- React to plant breakdowns in and out of hours if required.
- Produce reports when and if required.
- Give full co-operation to any clients and colleagues requiring assistance.
- Comply with statutory and legal requirements for fire, health, and safety.
