We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the store, including ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and maintaining a clean and presentable store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Respond to customer complaints and comments in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the food or beverage industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the UK
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
