Health and Safety Manager

A leading technology company, ASC Connections, is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for employees and driving sustainability improvements in Health, Safety, and Environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and training programs to ensure employees are aware of potential hazards and know how to mitigate them.
- Document all system changes and training programs to maintain a record of HSE activities.
- Proven experience in HSE management within a manufacturing environment.
- Internal Auditor, NEBOSH General Cert, IOSH qualifications are highly desirable.
