Through our extensive service lines, you will collaborate with prominent clients and develop specialized knowledge in the Financial Services sector. Your Responsibilities- Collaborating within a broader technology and commercial team on significant, strategic contracts and procurements
- Offering non-contentious guidance on a diverse array of technology initiatives, including framework agreements, partnerships, software acquisitions, digital transformation, cloud migration, and outsourcing.
- Overseeing, managing, and mentoring junior team members
- Actively participating in business development efforts, including preparing proposals and pitches, delivering training, and fostering client relationships
- Engaging with clients on-site as necessary, adhering to current health guidelines, with options for both virtual and in-person engagements.

- Proven experience in advising and leading technology transactions and procurements for clients in the Financial Services sector
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience within a Technology/Commercial team at a national or specialized law firm, or a relevant in-house legal department
- A proactive self-starter eager to take a lead role in delivering complex, strategic client projects (with necessary Partner support)
- Exceptional technical skills, particularly in negotiating, drafting, and advising on intricate contracts
- A client-centric approach with the ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships
- A strong drive and ambition to excel as a key senior member of the TLT team, committed to enhancing the firm's offerings both locally and nationally
