Enterprise Business Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Business Architect to join our team at Radius. As a key member of our Enterprise Architecture team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.
As an Enterprise Business Architect, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our business architecture, ensuring that it aligns with our strategic goals and objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure that all business initiatives and projects are aligned with our long-term goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Business Architecture: Create and maintain detailed business architecture models that reflect the strategic direction of the organization. Ensure that all business initiatives and projects are aligned with our long-term goals and strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Change Management: Engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure alignment of projects and initiatives with overall business objectives. Provide support during the implementation of new processes, systems, and organizational changes, managing change, mitigating risks, and ensuring effective integration of new initiatives into business operations.
- Strategic Planning and Alignment: Develop and maintain business architecture models that reflect the strategic direction of the organization. Create roadmaps to ensure that all business initiatives and projects are aligned with the company's long-term goals and strategies.
- Governance and Compliance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure that business processes and projects comply with internal policies, standards, and external regulations. This involves setting standards, conducting architecture reviews, and monitoring adherence to architectural principles.
- Business Case Creation: Develop detailed business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and resource requirements. Present business cases to senior management to secure approval and funding for proposed projects.
- Architecture Design and Blueprinting: Create and maintain detailed architecture blueprints that define the structure, integration, and deployment of IT systems within the organization. This involves developing models that illustrate how different components of the IT landscape fit together and support business objectives.
- Technology and Solution Evaluation: Assess and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools that align with the organization's strategic goals. This includes evaluating emerging technologies, conducting proof-of-concepts, and ensuring that chosen solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
