HRC Recruitment is currently seeking a culinary specialist interested in roles within care facilities or supportive living environments.

The work schedule will be adaptable, responding to the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all facets of meal preparation, ensuring that high-quality dishes are consistently delivered.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of food allergens and adapt your culinary creations to meet the specific dietary needs of residents.
  • Oversee inventory management and control food expenditure.
  • Ensure a clean and organized kitchen space.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a chef or cook in a comparable environment, particularly one that involves catering to a range of dietary needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
  • Willingness to be flexible in terms of location and work assignments.
The compensation for this role ranges from £14 to £15 per hour.

A PVG disclosure and a minimum Food Safety Level 2 certification are prerequisites, but HRC will cover the costs if necessary.
