Compensation:
Up to £45,000 per annum including overtime.

ISQ Recruitment is seeking to hire an Agricultural Mechanic to become a part of our client's welcoming maintenance crew in South Norfolk. This role presents an excellent chance to engage with a variety of machinery utilized in the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will deliver a top-notch repair and maintenance service, demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the workshop team.

Personal transportation is necessary due to the job location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily responsibilities (including Health and Safety) for the efficient upkeep of equipment, ensuring proper housekeeping and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist farm personnel with on-site breakdowns.
• Guarantee that all assets undergo planned preventative maintenance every three months.
• Ensure that reactive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
• Maintain accurate and organized maintenance records.
• Collaborate effectively within a team while also being confident in using one's initiative when necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid driving license.
• Experience with hydraulics is preferred.
• Relevant mechanical engineering qualification is advantageous.
• Previous experience in servicing equipment is essential.
• General maintenance experience is crucial.
