Ambulance Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our Urgent & Emergency Care Business Plan. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, and your leadership skills will inspire and motivate our front-line staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to your team, ensuring that operational issues are managed effectively and in line with our policies and procedures.
- Education and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
- Performance Management: Implement a performance management culture, including regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and team meetings, to drive improvement and excellence.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, actively seeking to attract and retain a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
