About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Trafford. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and will be able to work effectively with students up to Key Stage 4.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students in class and in small groups to enhance their learning and functional skills
  • Work with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with SEN
  • Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of lessons and activities
