About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our innovative team at Jackson Hogg Ltd. As a key member of our after-sales area, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of our cutting-edge solutions for warehouse and supply chain operations.

Your leadership skills will be essential in customer interactions, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with technical leads and engineers to ensure clear communication and alignment.

This role is central to our core team, and you will play a key part in driving continuous improvement and learning from each project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of new products to customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and development teams.
  • Ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure business success.
  • Work with leadership to define product roadmaps, release plans, and technical strategies.
  • Manage construction, installations, integration, and provide post-delivery training for customers.
  • Drive a positive culture within distributed teams and support growth strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role.
  • Background in Engineering with relevant qualifications. Electrical or Mechanical backgrounds equally considered.
  • Strong technical competence across engineering disciplines.
  • Experience leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with delivering complex technical products to customers.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and learning.
