About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Specialist to join our team at Turning Point. As a Recovery Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering and enabling individuals to change their lives for the better.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide assessments, treatment, and psychosocial interventions to clients aged 11-24 who are struggling with substance use issues.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, recovery workers, and peer mentors to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, working flexibly across different sites to meet their needs.
  • Contribute to the development of treatment plans and interventions, ensuring a client-centered approach.

**Requirements:**

  • Substantial knowledge and/or experience of working with young people and substance use issues.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across different sites and adapt to changing circumstances.
