The role of Sales Quotations Specialist is primarily office-based, where you will collaborate with a dedicated team of six within the sales division, directly reporting to the Sales Manager.

This position is reactive in nature, focusing on the creation of precise and competitive quotations for various products and services tailored to meet customer specifications. The emphasis is on delivering the most economical solutions while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include engaging with production engineers, clients, and suppliers regarding Bills of Materials (BoMs) and exploring alternative comparable options.

Key Requirements for the Sales Quotations Specialist:

  • A degree in Electronic Engineering, HND, or equivalent experience in Contract Electronics Manufacturing
  • Proficiency in understanding engineering principles, electronic components, and PCBA manufacturing techniques and schematics
  • Experience in preparing BoMs, loading quotes, and advancing contracts in electronics
  • Knowledge of cost estimation processes, encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses
  • Ability to manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating strong and clear communication skills
  • A commitment to fostering a culture of manufacturing excellence and outstanding customer service
