Job Title: Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in supporting procurement system readiness and contributing to product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse key trends and performance data to facilitate proactive performance management within the Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC) team.
  2. Prepare and manipulate Bills of Materials reports to track cost targets and achievements for Product Lifecycle (PLC) activities.
  3. Provide detailed analysis and reports for Senior Management reviews, including identifying potential risks and offering recommendations.
  4. Deliver functional training on data analysis and offer analytical expertise to improve processes, tools, and templates.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. A suitable qualification in business, finance, or a relevant supply chain discipline, or equivalent experience in an analytical role.
  2. A good understanding of cost structures, pricing, and experience with SAP (preferably Materials Management or Finance).
  3. Familiarity with risk management and data analytics software such as Power BI or Google Analytics.
  4. Highly developed planning and organisational skills.
