As a Taxation Consultant specializing in Wills, Trusts, and Probate, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support in the realm of Tax and Trust Administration. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in this field, demonstrating a solid understanding of the essential principles surrounding inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax as they pertain to various types of trusts, including Discretionary, Life Interest, and Bare Trusts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and submission of Personal and Trust Tax Returns.
  • Completion of SA900 Tax Returns for Estate Administration periods.
  • Development and maintenance of annual Trust Accounts.
  • Collaboration with Trustees and Financial Advisors.
  • Provision of ad hoc tax computations, including Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Inheritance Tax (IHT), and Income Tax.
