About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at Densell Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of insurance reinstatement projects, mainly residential properties with average repair project value at £10k-£30k.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential property building/refurbishments and have had experience in managing direct trades / sub-contractors. They will also have experience in managing medium to high value repairs projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and programming residential refurbishments following insurance claims
  • Managing spend and profit budgets on each project
  • Monitoring all KPIs and SLAs
  • Allocating and scheduling resource (direct trades and sub-contractors)
  • Managing and monitoring variations to the contract, ensuring delays are minimised and profitability is achieved
  • Dealing with any issues arising and managing any complaints
  • Ensuring Health & Safety regulations are met
Requirements
  • A strong background in residential property building/refurbishments
  • Experience in managing direct trades / sub-contractors
  • Experience in managing medium to high value repairs projects from inception to completion
  • A full UK driving licence is required (car or allowance provided)
