We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership and guidance to our clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Trust and national guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of our services, including the design and implementation of new initiatives and projects.
  • Provide training and education to clinicians and other staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualification and registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience of working in a crisis resolution home treatment team or similar setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of supervising and managing a team of clinicians.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities and demands.
