Customer-Focused Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Dewsbury, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems, ensuring seamless store operations.
