Your Role: Empowering Lives Through Support

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Doncaster. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives within their own homes and out in the community.

Responsibilities: Making a Real Difference
  • Supporting Independent Living: Assist individuals with daily tasks such as budgeting, bill payment, housework, appointment scheduling, and meal preparation.
  • Community Engagement: Facilitate access to community resources and social events, promoting life skills and fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Personal Care: Provide assistance with personal hygiene routines, medication reminders, and other care needs as required (not all roles involve high levels of personal care).

Essential Requirements:

This role requires you to be a driver. Due to the nature of this service, we are looking for female only applicants. This post is exempt under the Equality Act, Schedule 9, Part 1.
