About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a previous automotive sales environment and have previous Transaction Manager experience or demonstrable experience in a similar role. The candidate will also have had roles with previous team management responsibilities, with proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coach Sales associates to develop their level and quality of referral techniques, enabling the maximisation of finance, insurance, and any other incremental sales.
  • Continually develop knowledge relating to market trends and competitive finance rates/product through training and other related methods.
  • Meet and greet any guest that walks onto the site.

Requirements

  • A 'Full Clean UK Driving Licence'
  • A Basic DBS check and adverse financial background check.
