About the Role:

Nityo Infotech is seeking an experienced Information Security Training Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing information security training programs to ensure the company's compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive information security training programs for employees, including risk management, compliance, and assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and standards, such as CISM, CISSP, and CRISC.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in information security, risk, and compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital security and experience in cyber risk management and advice.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and standards.
  • Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or extensive experience in risk management, information security compliance, information security assurance & governance, and GRC.
