About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team at Fitness First in London. As a Self-Employed Fitness Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and premium fitness brand, offering a unique and exciting experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized fitness coaching and support to clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our members' expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Grow and develop your Personal Training business at the facility, with access to our digital marketplace and daily 1-to-1 business support.
  • Teach classes to a high standard in our studio and on the gym floor, promoting a positive and engaging experience for our members.
Requirements
  • REPs level 3 Personal Training qualification.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and well-being.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and entrepreneurial attitude.
