Fire Protection Contracts Manager

**Job Summary**

Future Build Recruitment is partnering with a reputable client to find a dedicated Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead significant projects in London, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in fire safety while working with a dynamic and supportive team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and oversee passive fire protection contracts from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, and coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and provide regular updates to clients on project progress and any issues that arise.

* Ensure all passive fire protection works comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, and keep abreast of changes in fire safety legislation and implement necessary changes to company practices.

* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fire protection professionals, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of experience in passive fire protection or a related industry.

* Proven track record of successfully managing contracts and projects.

* In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
