About the Role

A thriving enterprise is seeking a Financial Business Partner to join its team in a newly created position, capitalizing on its growth momentum.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will lead the implementation of PowerBI and develop dashboard reporting for 2 legal entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of PowerBI and design dashboard reporting for budget holders, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of sales conversions, customer conversion rates, and attrition rates.
  • Collaborate with budget holders to determine reporting needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Work closely with the Finance Director on the annual budgeting process and departmental planning.
  • Design reporting frameworks to empower the business to monitor growth trajectory and profitability.
Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years' post-qualified experience.
  • PowerBI implementation and setup experience, with dashboard reporting skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in facilitating business partnering positions.
  • Experience in working with and analyzing large datasets.
