We are seeking a highly analytical and problem-solving focused individual to lead our central timetabling team. You will be responsible for the annual delivery of personalized timetables to all students, ensuring a seamless educational experience.

Our institution has successfully transitioned to a centralized timetabling system over recent years. In this role, you will spearhead further enhancements, particularly in relation to sourcing and implementing a new timetabling system that optimizes efficiency and aligns with the University's educational priorities.

This position demands strong collaborative skills as you will work closely with Schools, the Students Union, professional services, and senior management. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving complex operational issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the annual timetabling process for all students.
  • Lead and manage the central timetabling team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance timetabling processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the University to ensure alignment with educational goals.
