Key Requirements for the Numeracy Educator:

• Possess QTS / Qualified Teacher Status, specializing in Mathematics, with at least 6 months of experience in a UK classroom environment (Early Career Teachers are also welcome to apply).
• Demonstrated experience in teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4 (experience up to Key Stage 5 is advantageous).
• Exhibit consistently positive attitudes, values, and behaviors expected from students.
• Effectively manage classroom dynamics, employing strategies that cater to the needs of all learners.
• Utilize both formative and summative assessments to ensure student progress.
