We are seeking a highly skilled Inspection Team Leader to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our Inspection Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth workflow of our production processes.

About the Role:

As an Inspection Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of inspection personnel, attending planning meetings, and providing workflow direction. You will also train team members in interpreting engineering drawings for inspection purposes using advanced tools such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and gauges.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and direct a team of inspection personnel.
  2. Attend planning meetings and provide workflow direction.
  3. Train team members in interpreting engineering drawings for inspection.

Requirements:
  1. Expertise in Inspection: Highly competent and experienced in gauge and CMM inspection, with the ability to programme CMMs.
  2. Skilled as a Machine Shop Inspector.
  3. Maintain company housekeeping standards.

Key Performance Indicators:

On-time Delivery (OTD) for in-process and final inspections as defined on the Works Order (WO).
