About the Role:
  • Prepare and review financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
  • Manage tax compliance and ensure accurate and timely submissions
  • Oversee bookkeeping and VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare personal tax returns and corporation tax computations and returns
  • Perform ad hoc company secretarial duties and liaise with clients, colleagues, and third parties
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounting and taxation, preferably with a well-established firm
  • AAT qualified or equivalent
  • Proficient in Xero and Sage accounting software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
