Rontec Roadside Retail Limited is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to support the running and development of our food service concepts across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of our branded and non-branded food service outlets, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Food Service Project Manager in the implementation of new food service concepts and the development of existing ones.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for growth.
- Collaborate with Area Managers and site teams to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports to track sales performance and identify trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure seamless execution of food service operations.
