Key Responsibilities- Support and guide Store Managers to achieve their best, ensuring every customer and Sofologist interaction is a positive one.
- Drive sales performance by providing leaders with the tools and development they need to succeed.
- Identify skills gaps and develop succession plans to ensure a strong talent pipeline for future roles.
- Work closely with our Head of Stores to contribute to our Retail Strategy and deliver on our promise of an unrivalled customer experience.
- A proven track record of successfully leading retail teams in a results-driven environment.
- A natural ability to inspire and motivate others through effective communication and clear vision.
- A commercial mindset and a passion for data-driven decision making.
